You sit between our products and our customers. Account Managers rely on you to translate customer requirements into technical proposals and proof-of-concepts. Product Managers rely on your insights to shape the roadmap. You'll also manage deployment projects for Enterprise customers along with developers and DevOps specialists.
You’ll go deep on FormX.ai first, then expand across our other products and services as you ramp up. You’ll lead a junior Solution Engineer while staying hands-on yourself.
What you'll do
Support sales with technical depth
- Answer technical questions during the sales cycle.
- Review tenders and RFPs. Spot gaps. Suggest alternatives.
- Collect technical and business requirements from prospects.
- Design the infrastructure and capacity planning for deployments.
- Draft technical proposals that explain how we solve the customer's problem.
Build proof-of-concepts
- Vibe-code quick prototypes.
- Connect FormX.ai with low-code tools (Zapier, Make, n8n) to show what's possible.
- Set up AI Agents that integrate with third-party software.
- Demo working prototypes to customers.
Support existing customers
- Triage, escalate and manage support issues for existing accounts
- Improve extraction accuracy through prompt engineering, configuration adjustments, and model fine-tuning.
Manage deployment projects
- Manage projects for Enterprise to adopt FormX.ai, including integrations and deployment
- Ensure successful launch of AI Document Automation project
Research and learn
- Explore new technologies, open-source libraries, and products.
- Find better ways to solve customer problems.
