The purpose of this role is to support business growth and customer retention by providing exceptional service to customers and partners, as well as ensuring efficient processing of complex customer data to achieve positive outcomes. Additionally, the role involves developing relationships with internal and external parties and driving sales
Your New Role:
- Provide general administrative support to the Broker Partnerships team, including scheduling, documentation, and meeting coordination.
- Maintain and update sales pipeline records; track submissions, renewals, and follow‑up actions.
- Prepare regular reports and summaries on sales performance, broker activities, and portfolio metrics.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Underwriting, Operations, Claims, Finance, Marketing) to support smooth case handling and client servicing.
- Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and engagement materials for brokers and corporate clients.
- Support client and broker engagement activities, including logistics, invitations, and follow‑up tracking.
- Consolidate market and competitor information when needed.
- Perform ad‑hoc tasks and project support as assigned.
About You:
- Customer service experience
- Compulsory Third Party (CTP) knowledge is a plus
- Suitable combination of education and work experience.
