As our Warehouse Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to manage the complete warehouse and logistic activities.

What you will do:

Supervise daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory, and safety, to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Plan and assign daily work, adjusting tasks as needed to meet customer needs.
Explain company policies to employees and ensure safety rules were followed.
Look for ways to improve warehouse processes, employee performance, and equipment.
Lead and organize daily team activities, set priorities, and manage work schedules.
Motivate, train and coach team members, complete performance reviews, and support pay decisions.

What you need to succeed:

Minimum of 5 years of warehouse and distribution experience, which includes at least 2 years of lead or supervisory experience in a warehouse.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and experience in using ERP and data warehouse processing software.
Excellent planning, coordination, communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work with management and other operation departments.

Good command of spoken & written English. Cantonese and Mandarin are preferred.
