Responsibilities
Job Description:
Follow up and coordinate project planning, prepare reports and relevant documents.
Liaise with various departments on project progress and construction details.
Update engineering planning reports and participate in site meetings.
Monitor material usage to ensure compliance with main contract requirements.
Report work progress to department supervisor.
Coordinate departments to effectively plan, break down, and specify installation, materials, and service requirements for each project.
Closely monitor changes, make corresponding planning adjustments, and review project progress timely.
Attend project-related meetings and report to supervisor promptly.
Provide other assistance and support as required.
Requirements
Higher Diploma or above in Architecture/Construction or related discipline.
At least 2 years' site-related work experience (iron/metal and aluminum experience preferred).
Proficient in computer applications including MS Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD.
Familiar with construction drawings.
Mature with good organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
Proactive, self-motivated, and strong team player.
Candidates with less experience will be considered for Assistant Supervisor position.
