Business Data Support: Collaborate with core business lines (platform, card spending, acquiring) to respond to daily data requests from product, operations, and risk teams, supporting business decision-making.
Reports & Dashboards: Maintain and improve key business monitoring reports (e.g., DAU, authorization success rate, retention rate). Build automated BI dashboards for anomaly detection and early warning of business metrics.
Specialized Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior paths. Perform studies on user churn, conversion funnels, and campaign effectiveness, delivering actionable insights.
Model & Strategy Support: Assist data scientists and strategy analysts with feature engineering, A/B test design, and performance evaluation. Contribute to post-analysis and optimization of marketing campaigns and growth strategies.
Data Governance: Help organize data tracking documentation, validate reporting accuracy, and ensure integrity of data assets.
Requirements
Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or above in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Financial Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in SQL, capable of writing complex queries (multi-table joins, window functions).
Familiar with Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R; experience in data cleaning and basic modeling is a plus.
Skilled in at least one BI tool (Tableau, Power BI, QuickBI).
