Responsibilities
- Support IT operations, especially in Network for AWE
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues with various brand of firewall, switches, AP
- Participate in IT operational projects, including systems upgrades, process improvements
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners, including vendors and contractors, to drive seamless operations and project success
- Establish and maintain robust communication and network policies, standards, and security procedures that keep everything running smoothly and securely
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners, including vendors and contractors, to drive seamless operations and project success
- Monitor system capacity and fine-tune performance to ensure optimal efficiency
- Manage and monitor security tools such as firewalls, switches and SIEM
Requirements
- Degree or above in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- Over 5 years of IT working experience, with at least 3 years in the networking
- Certification in Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or an equivalent certification from another network equipment vendor
- Practical experience and comprehensive knowledge of network products from major vendors and prevalent network protocols
- Experience in system integration projects or network infrastructure support and maintenance initiatives
- A strong understanding of networking concepts
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; Mandarin proficiency is a plus
