Job Description
Execute and manage regional strategic programs, ensuring timely delivery through structured planning, coordination, and proactive issue resolution
Analyze quantitative and qualitative performance data to generate insights supporting program optimization and informed strategic decision‑making
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align objectives, manage expectations, and support high‑quality program implementation
Prepare senior‑level presentations, briefing materials, and strategic recommendations for internal leadership and external stakeholders
Support research, analysis, and content development on economic, entrepreneurship, and policy‑related initiatives
Manage multiple workstreams independently in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment with minimal supervision
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, public policy, or a related discipline
1+ years of experience in highly analytical or strategic roles within investment banking, management consulting, business analytics, strategy, or similarly results‑driven professional environments
Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities, with a proven ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations
Proven project management experience, demonstrating the ability to manage complex initiatives end‑to‑end with strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with native or near‑native fluency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
