We’re looking for a motivated communications professional to plan and execute high-impact strategies that amplify brand impact as a technology leader in the region. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving business impact and position Siemens at the forefront of innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop corporate and marketing communication strategies to enhance brand visibility, business impact and staff engagement.
- Plan and manage a variety of internal and external events, including conferences, customer and employee events, and town hall meetings.
- Develop digital marketing initiatives, with a focus on social media to enhance brand visibility and drive company goals.
- Ensure high-quality output that aligns with brand guidelines across various communications channels
- Work closely with management team internally and cultivate strategic relationship with government entities, industry associations, and professional stakeholders
- Lead media relations and crisis management to safeguard the company's reputation.
- Drive employee engagement in cross-functional initiatives that convert company visions into visible outcomes
- Nurture the next generation of communications professionals for seamless execution of all communications initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or a related field
- At least 8+ years of experience in communications or marketing, preferably within multinational corporations or large organizations.
- Proven track record in event management, media relations, and content creation is highly desirable.
- Good understanding of the latest communications trends, as well as digital tools, with the creativity and agility to pilot new ideas.
- Proactive and detail-oriented leader with exceptional cross-function communication skills
- Excellent written and spoken proficiency in both English and Chinese.
