Responsibilities

Reconcile trades, transactions, and positions across Asia trading activity.
Prepare and submit delivery instructions for proprietary trading.
Maintain positions, P&L, and real-time desk information.
Support operational processes to meet regulatory and exchange requirements.
Use trading and desk tools under trader instruction, including algorithmic tools where applicable.
Update and maintain trading systems, proprietary applications, and Excel tools.
Liaise with traders, brokers, dealers/counterparties, clearing firms, and internal teams.
Assist with execution support, recaps/reporting, and post-trade issue resolution.
Contribute to automation and process-improvement projects, including testing and rollout support.
Operate effectively on the trading floor and stay composed during time-sensitive situations.
