The Hong Kong Trade Development Council (“HKTDC”), the statutory organisation promoting Hong Kong’s external trade, seeks a dynamic and high calibre professional to join our Human Resources Department. This role is essential in supporting our training initiatives and fostering employee development. You will utilize your creativity and technical expertise to assist in designing impactful training materials while overseeing various administrative functions within our training programs.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce visually engaging training posters and promotional videos and edit video content to enhance the overall learning experience
- Assist in developing and implementing eLearning courses using Articulate Storyline 360 or similar tools, collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance
- Oversee all administrative functions related to training, including enrolment processes, maintenance of training records, and attendance summaries
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including meeting arrangements and preparation of materials, while ensuring comprehensive records are maintained in the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Deliver training programs, facilitate orientation for new staff, and support the planning and execution of training programs for Executive Trainees and interns

Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in Human Resources or Training & Development;
- Proven experience in multimedia content creation and video editing;
- Familiarity with eLearning tools, particularly Articulate Storyline 360;
- Self-motivated with strong teamwork and project management abilities;
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to talent development;
- Proficient in written and spoken English, Chinese, and Putonghua;
- Strong analytical skills in HR, with proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint;
- Hands-on experience and knowledge of LMS and digital learning platforms is advantageous.
Remuneration and Benefits:
