Provide premium concierge and customer service to tenants and visitors, delivering a consistently welcoming, professional, and high-quality experience
Handle enquiries, requests, and needs from customers
Support the promotional activities and property-related activities
Contribute to the efficient day-to-day operations of property management services
Handle customer complaints and feedback where appropriate
Perform routine administrative duties, including filing documents, procuring office supplies, and coordinating the maintenance of office equipment and stationery
Ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors
Requirements
Diploma holder with at least 1 year's customer service experience focusing in frontline customer interaction, hotel or shopping mall concierge experience, or above with relevant experience
Pleasant personality, outgoing and presentable
Excellent customer service attitude and communication skills
Good in spoken and written English and Chinese. Competent in spoken Putonghua.
Good in PC skills, and experienced and customer-centric
