Key Responsibilities
- Develop design documents, wireframes, user flows, and feature specifications
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, developers, and artists to ensure design vision is executed effectively
- Conduct user testing, collect feedback, analyze data, and iterate designs accordingly
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and external vendors
- Independently handle client communications and requirement gathering
- Translate client needs into actionable development plans
- Manage change requests and ensure alignment between client expectations and development feasibility
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product design and/or project management
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and development tools (e.g., Unity / ReactJs / AWS)
Have experience with database design and API integration
- Proven experience leading app / game development projects from concept to launch (0 → 1 experience required)
- Strong UX and user flow design skills
- Solid understanding of development pipelines
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
