- Acquire alignment across different stakeholders and obtain approval from leadership team upon applicable
- Translate sales/margin objectives into actionable promotion plans and programs, including categories focus, pricing mechanics, and channel execution.
- Conduct sales and margin estimate analysis to ensure financial viability of monthly promotion plan
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with commercial analytics, operations, marketing, and Off shelf display planning teams to align promotional goals with broader business objectives.
- Manage a single source of promotion database for cross department action and follow up
- Support vendor negotiations and rebate settlements tied to promotional agreements
Performance Review & Analytics
- Monitor promotion effectiveness using KPIs such as uplift, ROI, and cannibalization impact with support from commercial analytics team
- Conduct post-event analysis to refine future promotion strategies and improve targeting
