Responsibilities
- To collect and analyze user requirements, produce functional and/or system specifications and build or enhance application systems to cope with business needs.
- To supervise or coordinate development teams to ensure quality of deliverables.
- Participating in development and testing activities, and perform support & maintenance activities.
- Collaborating with external parties to complete the project on time and within budget.
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above in Computer Science or related disciplines.
- 5+ years of solid experience in Java, JMS, Web service, Websphere, Oracle, SQL, MQ, Python, shell scripts, UNIX, AIX.
- Experience in interbank clearing system (RTGS, CMU, DvP) are highly preferred.
- Familiar with system development life cycle, testing and quality assurance process.
- Strong analytical skill, system design experience.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and problem solving skills.
- Self-motivated, willing to work in competent, challenging and team-work environment.
- Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English, knowledge of the Mandarin is a plus.
- Experience in being a leadership role will be an advantage, candidate with less experience will be considered as Application Development Manager.
