babybub is a fast-growing DTC brand in the pregnancy and maternity space (babybub.com). We're hiring a Marketing Project Manager to become the connective tissue of our marketing engine.
You'll own the launch calendar, keep vendors on deadline and on spec, and build the SOPs that keep creative, paid, CRO, email, and creator pipelines shipping on time. Direct access to our marketing co-founder, a real mandate to build the operating playbook, and deep exposure to how a fast-growing DTC brand actually runs.
What you'll own
First 90 days you'll ship: launch playbook, CRO QA checklist, creator payment SOP, vendor report cadence, creative brief workflow.

You're not
Location: Remote within Asia-Pacific. You'll overlap with Hong Kong business hours (GMT+8). Hong Kong, Singapore, Philippines, Malaysia, Australia all work.
Comp: Generous base salary plus heavy performance bonuses (we're a bonus heavy company). 90-day probation.
