Job Description
- Install and configure application servers for optimal performance.
- Collaborate with vendors on infrastructure design and implementation.
- Maintain and administer MS Windows Servers, Active Directory, MS Exchange, Cisco.
- Firewall, Barracuda Anti-Spam Firewall, PCs, and network equipment.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure security.
- Manage backups, disaster recovery planning, and execution.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and user manuals.
- Provide helpdesk support, technical assistance, and user training.
The Successful Applicant
- High Diploma(HKQF Level 4) or Bachelor's Degree (HKQF Level 5) in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in server, network, and firewall configuration.
- Strong technical background in enterprise IT systems (Active Directory, Azure, Office 365, MS Exchange, SharePoint, Teams).
- Proven track record in delivering high-quality IT projects.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Relevant IT certifications and knowledge of AI tools (e.g., Copilot) is an advantage.
