Responsibilities
Job Description:
- Perform daily accounting operations
- Handle daily accounts receivable, payable and general ledger
- Assist in debt collection activities and follow up with customers
- Responsible for accounting reports and bank reconciliations
- Prepare billings and payments
- Assist in ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements
- F.5 / DSE or above preferably in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
- Possess 1 year's experience in sizeable organizations
- Proficiency in using MS Excel, Word & Chinese word processing
- Good command of Chinese and English
- Self-motivated, independent, accurate and reliable
- Immediately available is highly preferable
- Fresh graduates are also welcome
- Candidates with more experiences will be considered as Accounting Officer
