We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our Client Services Team, under our Operations Department.
Responsibilities
- Under Client Services team of the Operations Department
- Handle client fund deposits and withdrawals, internal fund transfers, arrange funding for the bank account
- Perform day-to-day control tasks for relevant processes to ensure accuracy and completeness of inputs
- Manage client account opening and conduct documentation review in accordance with regulatory and internal requirements
- Maintain and update client static data set up in relevant systems
- Participate in ad hoc tasks as assigned from time to time
Requirements
- Degree holder in Finance, Accounting, Business or related disciplines
- With at least 2 years of relevant experience, candidates without a securities industry background but with similar experience will also be considered
- High capability to adapt to changing working requirements
- Independent, enthusiastic, accountable and logical and systematic thinking
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word and MS Access
- Proficient in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
