- Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or other related disciplines. Master's degree in a relevant field is an advantage
- At least 8 years of IT experience in large‑scale, multi‑project environments, of which at least 6 years of hands‑on experience in IT Portfolio Management, PMO transformation, establishment, or governance roles and project/program delivery management with both Agile and Waterfall
methodologies - Experience working with senior business stakeholders and technology leaders in governance, prioritization, and strategic planning
- Proven track record of driving standardization, process optimization, and organizational change across cross‑functional teams
- Project Management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or equivalent preferred
- Agile certifications such as PMI‑ACP, Scrum Master (CSM / PSM), SAFe, or equivalent preferred
- Certification or formal training in PMO disciplines is a definite advantage
- Experience working with senior business stakeholders and technology leaders in governance, prioritization, and strategic planning
- Proven track record of driving standardization, process optimization, and organizational change across cross‑functional teams
- Strong understanding of PPM tools (e.g. Planview, Project Online, Jira/Confluence, ServiceNow, SPM), including project management, testing and adoption
