Responsibilities:
Support the implementation of financial system upgrade, revamp and development projects
Initiate and support digital transformation initiatives to enhance financial processes and reporting efficiency
Assist in the monthly financial reporting process for various departments
Provide support in validating departmental financial forecasts, budgets and financial projections
Conduct financial and analytical reviews to support approval of major revenue and expenditure commitments
Provide accurate, timely financial information and professional advice to internal stakeholders
Perform ad‑hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or other related disciplines
- Professional accounting qualification is an advantage
- Minimum 8 years’ relevant working experience in sizeable commercial or internal organizations, with hands‑on experience in financial systems management or similar roles, including system upgrade, customization, administration and support
- Knowledge of Oracle Financial System and Hyperion is preferred
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English & Chinese (i.e. Cantonese & Putonghua)
- Proficiency in MS Office (i.e. Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
