We are seeking an experienced Front Office Application Support Analyst to support our FX trading business. This role involves providing high‑quality technical support, gaining a strong understanding of front‑office trading workflows, and contributing to ongoing technology and business projects. The position follows APEC trading hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide dedicated front‑office application support to FX traders and sales teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across trading platforms and related systems.
- Collaborate closely with traders to understand business needs, trading workflows, and system dependencies.
- Partner with development teams to drive improvements, deliver enhancements, and support project initiatives.
- Monitor system performance, ensure stability, and assist with incident management and post‑mortem analysis.
- Contribute to system configuration, deployment, and environment management within a Linux-based infrastructure.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of front‑office application support experience in a trading environment.
- Strong understanding of FX trading products; exposure to fixed income/bonds is a plus.
- Solid technical skills in Linux and scripting/programming with Java and/or Python.
- Proven experience working directly with traders in a high‑pressure, time‑sensitive environment.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
