Job Description
Application & System Management
- Manage and support enterprise applications including:
- ERP systems
- SAP
- Real Estate & Leasing systems
- HR and Finance applications
- Ensure stable BAU (Business-as-Usual) operations, system availability, and timely issue resolution.
- Act as the primary contact for application support, troubleshooting, and system follow-ups.
Project Management & New Initiatives
- Lead and support application-related and OA (Office Automation) projects from planning to implementation.
- Coordinate project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resources across internal teams and vendors.
- Support new application and ERP initiatives aligned with business and operational needs.
- Identify and help fill system or process gaps during project and BAU operations.
Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination
- Work closely with business users, vendors, and external consultants.
- Ensure sufficient system coverage across different functional domains.
- Provide regular updates and follow-ups on project status, risks, and issues.
Operational Support & Flexibility
- Provide flexible support to cover cross-functional application or system needs.
- Support ad-hoc assignments and new projects as required by the organization.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and optimization of existing systems.
The Successful Applicant
Experience & Skills
- Experience in application management, ERP, or SAP systems
- Strong exposure to project management in application or system implementation
- Knowledge of systems supporting HR, Finance, Leasing, Real Estate, or enterprise functions
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and communication skills
- Ability to balance BAU support and project-based work
