Job Description:
We are looking for passionate and service-oriented individuals to join our restaurant team. Depending on experience and operational needs, you will be assigned as a Server or Food Runner.
Server - What You Will Be Doing:
- Welcome guests and assist with seating arrangements
- Provide attentive, professional, and timely table service
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of menu items and make recommendations confidently
- Answer guest enquiries regarding food, beverages, and preparation
- Set tables according to service standards and event requirements
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen regarding orders and special requests
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience
- Ensure accurate order taking and proper sequence of service
- Clear and reset tables efficiently
- Uphold restaurant service standards and SOPs
What We Are Looking For:
- With customer-service oriented mindset and able to deliver fantastic service in a high profile venue
- Great presentation and conversational skills
- Passionate about people and able to develop and grow with your team
- A high level of energy and a good team player
- Able to communicate in English is a must.
傳菜員 - What You Will Be Doing:
- Coordinate dishes between kitchen and service team
- Ensure all plates are checked for accuracy, quality, and presentation before leaving the pass
- Communicate clearly with chefs and floor staff during service
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the pass area
- Support smooth service flow, especially during peak hours
What We Are Looking For:
- Cantonese speaking (mandatory)
- Mandarin is a plus, not essential
- Valid Hong Kong ID (visa sponsorship is not available)
- Previous experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Team player with good communication skills
