Overview
Responsibilities
- Competitive monitoring / tracking on a daily basis and prepare for monthly presentation
- Daily coordination e.g. artwork follow up, back translation etc.
- Organize meetings, check schedules, send out invites
- Update WIP document weekly
- Job opening, quote & invoice follow up
- Strategy and creative presentation material preparation
- Develop post-mortem reports for completed campaigns
- Reporting & filing
Qualifications
- 1-2 years experienced in professional client relationship management with solid background in advertising, design and/or marketing agency
- Intern experience in an agency environment would be a plus
- Independent, proactive, organized and able to work under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Good command of English and Cantonese is a must
- Good command of Microsoft Office
- Fresh Graduates in any discipline with interest and passion to advertising would also be considered as Account Executive
