Job Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Equity Capital Markets (ECM) team to achieve strategic objectives and financial targets.
Develop and implement ECM strategies to enhance market presence and client engagement.
Oversee the execution of equity offerings, including IPOs, follow-on offerings, and private placements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, investors, and stakeholders.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of transactions and client satisfaction.
Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to identify new business opportunities and mitigate risks.
Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Prepare and present reports to senior management on ECM activities and performance.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in equity capital markets or investment banking.
Proven track record of successful ECM transactions and client relationship management.
Strong understanding of financial markets, securities regulations, and industry trends.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Fluency in Mandarin and English is required.
