Assist with project administration: update schedules, track procurement, take meeting notes, manage RFIs, and support change requests.
Coordinate between designers, tendering teams, and site contractors to keep information flowing and avoid delays.
Lead the development of simple but complete design packages—including drawings, specs,— in collaboration with architects, engineers, and JLL stakeholders.
Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment on project objectives.
Ensure designs are practical, compliant with codes, cost-effective, and easy to maintain after handover to FM teams.
Preparation of tender documents and compare bids to support vendor selection by tender analysis report.
Keep all project files organized in JLL systems (e.g., SharePoint) for clarity, compliance, and future reference.
Project planning and programming from tendering to job completion.
Project supervision to ensure all site works are complied with contractual requirements
Work handover and T&C with supervision of defects rectifications
Certifying of job completion and payment certification.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, Real Estate, hotels management or related subject.
Min. 4 years of experience in project coordination or assistant project management, preferably in commercial real estate.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management software (e.g., MS Project, CAD).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and sustainability practices.
PMP, LEED Green Associate, or relevant certifications are a plus.
