About The Role
We are seeking a
D365 Implementation Intern to support an ongoing
Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) implementation project. The intern will work closely with the
Project Manager and business stakeholders to document current processes, gather user requirements, coordinate with solution vendors, and support system testing and documentation.
This role is ideal for students interested in
business analysis, ERP/CRM systems, and digital transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Project Manager in project coordination and delivery activities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews across departments to document as‑is business processes
- Prepare and maintain process flow diagrams (as‑is & to‑be workflows)
- Assist in user requirement gathering and clarification with business users
- Liaise with solution vendors to communicate and clarify user and functional requirements
- Support system testing (functional testing, UAT support) for D365 features
- Prepare project documentation, including:
- As‑is / To‑be workflows
- User requirements
- Test cases and test results
- User guides and training materials
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in:
- Information Systems
- Computer Science
- Engineering or related disciplines
Must be one of the eligible programs in STEM Internship list
- Strong communication and interviewing skills
- Good analytical and documentation abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Able to work with multiple stakeholders and vendors
Nice to Have
- Exposure to ERP / CRM systems (e.g. D365, SAP, Oracle, Salesforce)
- Basic knowledge of business process mapping or system implementation projects
- Experience in testing, UAT, or project documentation
