职务描述：
The Operations Management Trainee is enrolled in a comprehensive training program focused on experiencing and learning the various areas of UPS Operations (e.g., Preload, Reload, Hub, driving roles, etc.). He/She receives training and gains proficiency while assisting supervisors and managers in the various operational settings. This position is assigned a project/assignment following the completion of the training program.

Through the Operations Management Specialist (OMS) Program, you will gain deep insights into the logistics industry and prepare to join UPS’s management team.
Role
This 12‑month structured development program is designed to groom high‑caliber talent for future leadership roles. As an OMS, you will:
- Rotate across different operational functions to gain broad exposure
- Receive on‑the‑job training, coaching, and mentoring support
- Develop the skills needed to assume management responsibilities and enterprise‑level leadership
Upon successful completion of the program, participants will be considered for advancement to management‑level positions within UPS.

What We Are Looking For From The Candidates
- Degree holder in any discipline with minimum 3 years of working experience
- High Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
- Strong passion in pursing your career in Logistics industry
- Agile, innovative and self-motivated with willingness to accept different challenges
- Mobility to work at different locations while based in Hong Kong
- Flexibility to work in shift duty
- Holder of driving license Class 1, Class 2 is preferred
