Planning and preparing correspondences for elevator and escalator modernization / replacement
Preparing technical & project documentation and submission
Procurement of materials and coordinating with suppliers and factory for the product specification
Supervising and monitoring installation progress
Monitoring and ensuring safety, quality, environmental procedures in accordance with policy
Attending site meeting and coordinating with customers
We expect you to have:
Degree holder in engineering, building service or other relevant discipline
Solid working experience in the elevator and escalator industry, experience in managing modernization project is highly preferred
Good interpersonal and communication skill
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Fluency in spoken & written Chinese and English
Proficient in MS Office application and Chinese Word Processing
Immediate available is an advantage
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Engineer, Project
