- Assist in organizing and coordinating investor roadshows, analyst meetings, and large-scale investor visits; support proactive communication with existing shareholders and potential investors to enhance the company’s visibility and valuation in the capital markets.
- Work closely with Investor Relations (IR) team members to support investor and analyst meetings, site visits, and related engagement activities.
- Assist in drafting and compiling Investor Relations activity reports, summarizing investor interactions, capital market feedback, and key observations.
- Support the preparation of quarterly reports, annual reports, investor emails, and promotional newsletters to enhance corporate transparency, ensuring information disclosure complies with Hong Kong Exchange (HKEX) requirements and internal policies.
- Assist in daily analysis and reporting of stock price movements, trading volume, and market updates to support management decision-making.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks and project support as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Majors in Finance and Economics related disciplines are preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese, with the ability to use both as working languages.
- Strong initiative, attention to detail, and solid communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain a high level of professionalism.
