Job Description
This role serves as a key finance partner to the business, providing financial planning, performance analysis, and management reporting support. The position works closely with commercial and cross-functional teams to translate financial data into actionable insights that support business growth and decision-making.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes, ensuring financial assumptions align with business strategies
- Coordinate month-end closing activities with Shared Service Centers and support management and statutory reporting review
- Provide financial analysis, variance analysis, and insightful commentary to management
- Partner with commercial teams to deliver business-driven financial insights and decision support
- Utilize Power BI to prepare dashboards, management reports, and performance tracking tools
- Support sales incentive schemes, including calculation, data validation, and reconciliation
- Prepare and monitor cash flow forecasts and cash position reports
- Assist with audits, ad-hoc analysis, and special finance projects as required
The Successful Applicant
- Over 5 years of experience in FP&A, management reporting, and corporate accounting within multinational environments
- Solid accounting foundation with hands-on experience in month-end closing and financial controls
- Experience in SAP; exposure to SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) is a strong plus
- Proficient in Excel with the ability to structure and interpret complex data
- Hands-on experience with Power BI for reporting and data visualization
- Fluent in English, comfortable working with regional stakeholders
- Independent, analytical, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Background from CPA firms or professional services is a plus
