What This Job Involves
- Oversee the end to end management of building services (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, etc) to ensure optimal performance, safety and regulatory compliance
- Prepare, review and finalize tender documentation for building services projects, ensuring alignment with technical specifications and procurement standards
- Collaborate with contractors, consultants, and school stakeholders to deliver projects on schedule and within budget
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of building systems, addressing issues proactively to minimize disruptions
- Ensure adherence to local regulations （REW A / B License requirements) and sustainability best practices

Required
Desired experience and technical skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in building services engineering
- REW A/B license holder is a must
- Proficient in preparing tender documents and managing procurement processes
- Strong knowledge of building services systems and sustainability practices
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
