Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational and business support to various assigned departments
  • Assist with day-to-day tasks, coordination, and follow-up with stakeholders
  • Support departments in documentation, data handling, reporting
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors/department heads

Qualifications:

  • Higher Diploma or above, undergraduate are also welcome
  • Self-motivated, detail-minded, and high learning agility
  • A good team player, flexible and creative
  • Outgoing with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Passionate in building a long term career in financial segment
