Skills And Experience We Would Like You To Have
- 8+ years in change management, process improvement, or transformation roles.
- Certified in Lean/Six Sigma or equivalent methodologies.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience in driving cultural and operational change in complex organizations.
- Experience in global organizations and cross-functional projects.
- Knowledge of digital tools for change management and CI.
- Advanced degree or certifications in organizational development or related field.
