About The Role
As a
Pool Concierge – Server (泳池侍應生), you will deliver personalized guest service by hosting and assisting guests at the poolside while providing food & beverage service in accordance with luxury hotel standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to guests to ensure an enjoyable and relaxing poolside experience.
- Provide professional food & beverage service with high-quality hotel service standards.
- Introduce menus, recommend beverages, and serve food and drinks to guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the poolside dining and seating areas.
- Replenish pool supplies and support daily operation as assigned by the supervisors.
- 款接客人，確保客人享有舒適愉悅的泳池服務及餐飲體驗。
- 以優質極緻酒店服務標準提供專業餐飲服務。
- 向客人介紹餐牌、推介飲品及特式美饌。
- 保持泳池餐飲及服務區域整潔及衛生。
- 補充泳池用品，並協助上級執行日常營運工作。
About You
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in hotel, restaurant, lounge, or food & beverage service operations.
- Passionate about hospitality and delivering excellent guest service.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Basic command of spoken English and Chinese.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
