Job Description
- Manage multiple small to medium-sized digital projects, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with quality standards.
- Define, monitor, and track project milestones, proactively managing risks and unforeseen delays while realigning timelines and stakeholder expectations as necessary.
- Identify project issues that may impact delivery and escalate them to senior management in a timely and effective manner.
- Lead projects or workstreams independently, contributing to project planning, execution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Act as a subject matter resource within the team, providing guidance and expertise on relevant topics with a strong degree of ownership and accountability.
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in delivering digital projects using Agile methodologies.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Adobe and MarTech solutions.
- Advanced problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze, interpret, and validate dynamic and complex information.
- Experience in the insurance industry and/or digital marketing domain.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across cross-functional and diverse teams.
- Proficiency in English is required.
