Responsibilities:

As part of our strategic growth, we are undergoing an enterprise-wide digital and AI transformation, with significant investments in cloud technologies, data platforms, and AI. This transformation is driving improvements in internal controls while supporting innovation and risk management objectives.

The successful candidate will gain exposure to large-scale systems (including SAP and cloud platforms), emerging technologies, and cross-functional business processes, while working closely with senior stakeholders across IT and business units. He/ She will report to the Lead of IT Audit in Internal Audit Department and have the following responsibilities:

• Assist in formulating IT and cybersecurity audit strategy and plans for the Group with reference to the latest technology trends and the Group IT development direction
• Perform technical assessment to evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of IT and cybersecurity controls
• Prepare audit reports and communicate the findings and recommendations to auditees
• Develop data analytics or AI-enabled workflows to improve audit testing efficiency
• Continuously improve the quality and efficiency of IT audit
• Carry out ad-hoc reviews and special projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree holder, with at least 5 years of experience in IT auditing, cybersecurity or IT management
• Relevant professional qualification such as CISA or CISSP is required
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity trends, IT infrastructure, and data analytics
• Sound knowledge of IT governance standard (e.g., COBIT 2019), IT security standard (e.g., ISO27001) and cybersecurity standard (e.g., NIST Cybersecurity Framework) is an advantage
• Good understanding of penetration test and vulnerability assessment is a plus
• Practical experience in AI tools and technologies, or possession of relevant AI certifications is highly desirable
• Experience with cloud computing environments is an advantage
• Proactive with strong analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidate with less experience will also be considered as Assistant Manager (IT Audit)
