Overview
A leading financial services group is seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Implementation Manager to join their team on a 6-month contract basis. This is a hands-on project role where you will take full ownership of the Oracle GL implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end Oracle GL implementation project, from requirements gathering and system design through to UAT and deployment
- Drive the successful rollout of Oracle GL across all business units
- Manage project timelines and ensure deliverables are met on schedule
- Liaise with Oracle cloud vendors and other upstream/downstream solution vendors
- Collaborate closely with Group Finance, Group IT, local finance teams, and business users throughout the project lifecycle
Qualification
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on Oracle ERP implementation experience, with strong focus on Oracle GL / Oracle Cloud Financials
- Solid understanding of the full software implementation cycle
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication skills, able to engage both technical teams and business stakeholders effectively
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently as well as in a team
- Immediate availability or short notice preferred
