Intern for the Hong Kong 2026 Internship Programme to join our dynamic team, and we would love to hear from you.

What You Will Be Doing
- Project Support: Assist our Professional Services team in managing a variety of talent assessment projects, including competency modeling, assessment design, and leadership development workshops for talents at various levels.
- Data Analysis: Utilize your analytical skills to provide insights into talent assessments and enhance our processes.
What We Are Looking For From You
- Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Data Science, or a Master's degree in I/O Psychology or related discipline.
- An interest in building a career in consulting for talent assessment, recruitment, and organizational development.
- A proactive learner who takes initiative.
- Strong analytical skills and sensitivity to data.
- A conscientious and responsible team player.
- The intern is expected to work with us on a part-time basis starting in 2026, with at least a 3 month commitment and 4 working days per week (flexible depending on individual circumstances). Performance may lead to an extended internship period, subject to business needs.

During the internship, we will provide structured training and mentorship. This is a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience in a professional environment.
- On-the-Job Training: Understand consultants’ duties through job shadowing and involvement in various projects.
- Talent Assessment Skills: Learn to utilize our signature assessment products (e.g., Occupational Personality Questionnaire).
- Project Management Skills: Acquire fundamental project management skills and the opportunity to lead projects when possible.
