We are looking for a Hair Assistant based at The Aberdeen Marina Club!
As a Sous Chef - Wok, we rely on you to:
- Work as a team leader to oversee the daily operation of the kitchen, including food production, food quality control, presentation and hygiene management 擔任團隊領導,監督廚房的日常運作,包括食物製作、食物品質控制和衛生管理
- Assist the implementation of seasonal and special menu 協助執行季節性和特別菜單
- Responsible for efficient control, stocking, dispensing and security of all commodities in the kitchen 負責有效控制、儲存、分發和保管廚房的所有物品
- Ensure high standards of food production meeting customers' expectations and company standard 確保高標準的食品生產,滿足顧客的期望和公司的標準
We Are Looking For Someone Who Has
- Minimum 7 years relevant experience in Chinese Kitchen 至少7年相關的中餐廚房工作經驗
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills 良好的領導力、解決問題的能力、溝通和人際交往能力
- Detail-oriented, motivated and able to work under pressure 注重細節,積極主動,能夠在壓力下工作
- Good command of English and Cantonese 具備良好的英語和粤語能力
