We are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive (Senior/Junior depending on experience) to join our team. This role is suited to a well-rounded digital marketing professional with strong hands-on experience in paid media, particularly Google Ads and Meta Ads, as well as a solid foundation in SEO and content development. The ideal candidate will be commercially minded, detail-oriented, and capable of managing campaigns with both strategic thinking and executional excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads, with a focus on lead generation, conversion performance, and return on investment
- Develop digital media plans, campaign structures, audience strategies, and budget allocations in line with client and business objectives
- Monitor campaign performance regularly and implement data-driven optimizations to improve effectiveness, lead quality, and cost efficiency
- Support and execute SEO initiatives, including keyword research, on-page optimization, content recommendations, and organic traffic growth strategies
- Create, review, and refine high-quality written content for digital channels, including ad copy, website content, blog articles, EDMs, and campaign messaging
- Utilize AI tools and technologies to improve productivity, streamline content development, enhance research, and support campaign planning and reporting
- Analyze campaign and website performance using relevant platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager, and prepare clear performance reports with actionable insights
- Work closely with internal teams and clients to understand objectives, coordinate deliverables, and ensure timely and high-quality campaign execution
- Keep current with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging best practices to support continuous improvement
Requirements
- University degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, preferably gained in an agency environment or other performance-driven setting
- Proven hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns with a strong track record in lead generation
- Good understanding of digital performance metrics, conversion strategy, audience targeting, and campaign optimization
- Practical experience in SEO and a sound understanding of content-driven digital marketing
- Strong English copywriting and content development skills
- Familiarity with AI tools and their application in digital marketing workflows
- Native-level English is strongly preferred; proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin would be an advantage but is not required
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing multiple campaigns or accounts across different industries
- Familiarity with Google Analytics 4, conversion tracking, and digital reporting tools
- Prior experience in client servicing or cross-functional project coordination would be beneficial
