The Team/ The Business: You will be working alongside with a team of highly collaborative and supportive colleagues in delivering outstanding service to our clients, together with the project teams to lead the development of workplace strategy and change management.

What you will be working on:
  • Analyze space requirements and provide conceptual space plans and recommendations to team and/or stakeholders & prepare block or stack plan(s), charters(s) and move lists
  • Produce drawings and presentations for internal stakeholder(s) for review and feedback; involve project management staff as appropriate for move and construction services
  • Collaborate with other team members to gain business intelligence. Responsible for occupancy data within the system of record. May be required to manage space walks for validation and update of occupancy metrics
  • Partner with other departments on move and relocation sequencing and execution. Liaise with MAC (Move, Add, Change) officer as needed
  • Make recommendations to Management on necessary space planning code changes and/or requirements and updates
  • Manage data and drawing standards and audit programs related to occupancy management
  • Process all drawing and Computer Aided Facilities Management ("CAFM") data updates and system file management according to Company policy and Standard
  • Manage and utilize digital tools such as CAD, Accordant and other applications to perform occupancy management services
  • Assist in new technology selection and implementation as required
  • Recommend the configuration of new and existing CAFM tools, conduct analysis and participate in work groups for digital transformation and occupancy management as required
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


You are someone with:
  • Degree holder in architectural design and drafting, or computer-aided design and drafting or related fields
  • 3-7 years of relevant experience, preferably in a multinational company and financial institution
  • Minimum 3 year of experience directly related to the delivery of strategic planning services; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • With regional experience is an advantage
  • Solid experience in a CAD specialist position or equivalent, producing plans, specifications and estimates using a CAD system
  • Strong in space planning and occupancy management in a diverse and robust corporate office environment
  • Strong communication skills and logical thinking
  • Good command of written and spoken Cantonese and English
