Facilitate operator recruitment through market sounding, tender management, and drafting contracts
Conduct in-depth research and analysis to support strategic planning and future expansion for the HKIA Logistics Park
Contribute to budgeting and ongoing performance analysis to enhance project viability
Build and maintain strong relationships with local government stakeholders and key stakeholders for support and facilitation
Monitor franchisee and contractor performance, providing feedback for improvement
Assist in planning and executing impactful market activities and events
Degree holder in Business Administration, Logistics, Transport, Aviation, Supply Chain or other related disciplines
Minimum 6 years working experience in aviation or logistics related company with good experience in project management and/or commercial knowledge
A diverse set of professional experiences is valued, including relevant work experience and management training
Experience in Mainland-related projects is an advantage
Highly proactive and organized, with strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
Strong interpersonal skills and result-oriented
Proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
