Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate operator recruitment through market sounding, tender management, and drafting contracts

  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis to support strategic planning and future expansion for the HKIA Logistics Park

  • Contribute to budgeting and ongoing performance analysis to enhance project viability

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local government stakeholders and key stakeholders for support and facilitation

  • Monitor franchisee and contractor performance, providing feedback for improvement

  • Assist in planning and executing impactful market activities and events

  • Stay updated on industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Business Administration, Logistics, Transport, Aviation, Supply Chain or other related disciplines

  • Minimum 6 years working experience in aviation or logistics related company with good experience in project management and/or commercial knowledge

  • A diverse set of professional experiences is valued, including relevant work experience and management training

  • Experience in Mainland-related projects is an advantage

  • Highly proactive and organized, with strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving abilities

  • Strong interpersonal skills and result-oriented

  • Proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
