Senior Transformation Manager (AI Digitization)

About our client

Our client, a prominent Hong Kong-based conglomerate with diversified business interests, is seeking a Senior Transformation to support and digital transformation agenda. This role will drive the integration of AI across multiple business units, transforming how the organization operates, makes decisions, and delivers value. You'll work at the intersection of technology strategy and business execution, partnering with C-suite leaders to identify opportunities where AI can create measurable impact. This is a high-visibility role for an experienced transformation leader from either a consulting or in-house background who can translate AI innovation into enterprise-ready solution.

About the role

Reporting to the department head, you will help shape and execute the AI transformation roadmap in alignment with broader digital strategy, identifying high-impact use cases across business functions. Partner with senior leadership and business unit heads to understand operational challenges, validate needs, and drive AI implementation initiatives. You will evaluate and introduce emerging AI technologies including intelligent chatbots, AI agents, agentic workflows, knowledge management platforms, and enterprise automation solutions. Working with the IT team, you will design scalable solution architectures in collaboration with infrastructure, security, and data teams to ensure technical feasibility and organizational compliance. Lastly, lead stakeholder engagement and change management efforts to build organizational buy-in and drive adoption of AI-enabled capabilities

The Successful applicants

• 12+ years in business systems, digital transformation, or enterprise technology roles, including 5-7 years in leadership or senior management positions
• Background from either top-tier consulting firms (Big 4, strategy, tech advisory) or in-house transformation roles within complex organizations in any industry
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect AI capabilities to tangible business outcomes
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence and build consensus with senior executives, technical teams, and cross-functional partners
• Technical depth in solution architecture, system integration, and governance for AI and enterprise technology deployments
• Proven negotiation and communication abilities, with fluency in both English and Chinese
