Responsibilities:

  • Perform trade booking, trade matching, P&L reconciliations, cash and position holdings reconciliations against custodians and prime brokers
  • Monitor fund capital activities, oversee cash management including trade settlements, margin and collateral
  • Responsible for position monitoring and NAV calculation
  • Liaise with prime brokers, fund administrator and system vendors on trade-related issues and break resolutions
  • Monthly reconciliation on fund valuations, ensure the accuracy of accounting entries against fund administrator
  • Perform automation and process review to streamline and document workflow
  • Perform daily review of operational flows and resolve issues arising from trading cycle

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Finance & Accounting or a related discipline
  • At least 4 years of experience in hedge fund industry
  • Highly familiar with Excel VBA & Macro
  • Able to work independently and as a team player
  • Ability to multi-task and detail-oriented
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese & Mandarin
