About The Role

As a Flower Shop Supervisor (花店督導), you will be handling floral arrangements and maintaining all floral displays throughout the Hotel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Arrange and maintain floral displays for the Hotel lobby, public areas, guestrooms, and F&B outlets.
  • Ensure all floral products are presented with high quality, creativity, and contemporary design.
  • Conduct daily touch-ups and upkeep of all floral arrangements on display.
  • Handle guest flower orders professionally and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of flower ordering, receiving, and distribution for guestrooms, public areas, F&B outlets, and event services.
  • 負責酒店大堂、公眾地方、客房及餐飲部的花藝佈置及日常保養工作
  • 確保所有花藝產品在品質、創意及時尚設計方面均符合酒店標準
  • 每日為所有展示中的花藝擺設進行檢查、修整及維護
  • 專業及高效地處理客人花藝訂單
  • 準確記錄花材的訂購、收貨及分配情況,涵蓋客房、公眾地方、餐飲部及活動服務

About You

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in floral arrangement or flower shop operations, preferably in Hotels or luxury floral retail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
  • Strong creativity with a good sense of design and aesthetics.
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • 至少五年或以上花藝設計或花店營運相關工作經驗,具酒店或高端花藝零售經驗者優先
  • 熟悉Microsoft Office應用程式,包括 Word 及 Excel
  • 具備良好的創意觸覺、美感及設計能力
  • 具良好英語及中文口語及書寫能力
