The IT Infrastructure & Cloud Specialist is responsible for the planning, development, configuration, implementation, administration, maintenance support of the firm’s endpoints, IT infrastructures (e.g. connectivity and voice services…etc.) and cloud workloads. This position functions in a variety of roles including technology expert and vendor coordinator. Also, has project responsibilities for gathering requirements, identifying viable technologies and providing recommendations on specific solutions as it relates to Microsoft, AliCloud and other 3rd party infrastructure and security solutions.
Responsibilities
Operations
- Coach junior member for daily support and project rollout
- Provide 2nd and 3rd tier support to escalated cases, and coordinate with 3rd party vendors when needed
- Co-work with managed services vendor to cover vulnerability and patch management, monitor and alert management
- Assist in developing processes and maintain documentation to drive for standardization
- Assist in developing metric and report for endpoint and infrastructure compliance and improvement
- Regular backup & restore drill
Subject matter expert of the below
- Endpoint management including desktop and mobile devices by using Intune and distributed method (e.g. local GPO, registry, PowerShell)
- Virtual machine management on Azure and AliCloud
- Vulnerability and patch management by using Intune & Qualys
- Single Sign-On solution by using Microsoft Entra with Microsoft ecosystem as well as 3rd party SaaS
- Single Sign-On access control by using conditional access
- Security and compliance tools under Microsoft ecosystem such as Purview, MDE, KQL, Sentinel
- Email filtering services such as Barracuda and Microsoft Exchange
- M365 suite management and support especially Copilot, Sharepoint and Teams
- Remote working solutions management and support on Prisma Access and Azure Virtual Desktop
- Print management solutions (Papercut)
- Voice and Teleconferencing solutions on MS Teams and Zoom
- Data centre and hub room operations

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in the field of Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent experience with Microsoft Windows certification (MCSA or MCSE) preferred
- 5+ years of working experience with Microsoft endpoint solutions (e.g. Intune, Group Policy, Registry, PowerShell)
- 5+ years of working experience with Microsoft Azure VM
- 5+ years of working experience with Entra SSO (e.g. Conditional Access, SSO Integration with 3rd party SaaS)
- 5+ years of working experience with remote working solutions (e.g. Prisma Access and Azure Virtual Desktop)
- 3+ years of working experience security operations tools (e.g. PAM and Qualys, MDE)
- General knowledge of network support (e.g. DHCP, DNS, Cert Auth)
- Good knowledge and understanding of ITIL processes and procedures
- Document Management experience a plus but not required
- Strong communication, technology, problem-solving and analytical skills
- Possess vendor management skills, especially on infrastructure managed service and security operations center
- Client-focused with the ability to develop good relationships
- Experienced technical lead who can contribute to the success of the Information Technology team
- High level of discretion, comfortable handling sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality
- Committed to continued advancement with strong change management and vulnerability/patch management skills
