We are seeking an experienced
Sales Manager to lead and manage our sales activities. You will own sales execution, team performance, and contribute to revenue growth by coaching the team, improving sales processes, and driving key customer/partner relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and manage the day-to-day performance of the sales team
- Own monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue delivery
- Build, maintain, and develop relationships with key customers and partners
- Drive sales pipeline management and ensure accurate forecasting
- Improve sales processes, playbooks, and reporting cadence
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Operations to execute go-to-market plans
- Identify market opportunities, competitor insights, and customer needs
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales leadership (relevant industry experience preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams to hit sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Solid understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and forecasting
- Self-driven and able to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
