We’re now looking for a charismatic Bartender to join Honjo, our dreamy home for contemporary Japanese dining in Sheung Wan.
You will work alongside a supervisor, prepare cocktails and other beverages in a timely fashion within a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant and bar. You will also make the guests feel welcome and attend to any requests.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare drinks promptly up to company standards
- Assist guests with drinks choices, providing knowledgeable recommendations as and when needed
- Ensure the bar is fully stocked and ready for service
- Maintain bar area cleanliness to required standards
Requirements
- Positive attitude with a teamwork mindset
- Sense of responsibility within your role
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Fluency in English is a must, other languages are advantageous
- Experience working in hospitality is beneficial
