What is this position about?
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Perform timely diagnosis, calibration and repair for all our products
  • Maintain record of services and calibration data and provide reports or certificates for customers, when required
  • Administer all calibration methods and procedures
  • Maintain reference calibration equipment
  • Record and maintain inventories including the demo unit management, as well as assisting in packing and shipments/ customer inspections
  • Co-ordinate the availability of demonstration equipment required for events, trainings, recruitment, loan or rental
  • Ensure the condition and completeness of demonstration equipment
  • Ensure the laboratory environmental conditions and storage area are always maintained
  • Ensure adequate levels of spare parts, boards and small accessories are maintained
  • Provide technical and administration support to both customers and the team
  • Work closely with the Technical Support (TS) team to troubleshoot customer equipment issues during repair cases, and collaborate with the Customer Sales Support (CSS) team on shipment-related coordination and support



What We Are Looking For

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES


  • Higher diploma or above in Electrical Engineering / Electronics Engineering or relevant experiences
  • 3-5 years of work experience in electrical/ power industry; experience in repairing work is preferred
  • Fresh graduates are also invited to apply
  • You are ‘Green Card’ holder (safety training certificate)
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Demonstrates strong communication skills and the ability to manage and prioritize work independently
  • Works with a high level of precision, reliability, and autonomy
  • Brings a genuine interest in technology and is eager to integrate it into everyday work
